Long before the arena lights, the crowds, or the titles, my world was shaped on my family’s multigenerational ranch in southern Alberta. Horses weren’t something I did on the side – they were part of everyday life. They taught me patience, responsibility, and the quiet kind of confidence that only comes from showing up, day after day.
As I grew as a rider, so did my approach. Natural horsemanship became the base. Performance became the expression. Roman riding, trick riding, liberty work, roping and cow-horse maneuvers aren’t separate skills to me, they’re different ways of telling the same story: trust first, movement second.
Over time, that mindset carried me into some of the most respected arenas in North America. I’ve had the opportunity to perform at world-class rodeos, earn national recognition, and receive awards I’m incredibly grateful for, not because I chased them, but because I stayed committed to the work. Six-time CPRA Dress Act of the Year. Reserve Canada’s Greatest Horsewoman, Top 3 World’s Greatest Cowgirl 2026. Milestones that came from doing things the right way.
Alongside my entertainment career, I train and show competitive cow-horse performance horses, and team rope bringing the same precision, grit, and partnership from the arena back home. Whether I’m performing, teaching, or working horses day-to-day, the focus stays the same: build willing partners and let the performance grow from there.
